At Acca Kappa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Acca Kappa

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
